Seoul Webfest in South Korea is the very first web series festival in Korea & Northeast Asia. We showed 124 web series and 5 VR360 Series in 2017. We will be showing more series at this year's 3 day event. 2018 Seoul Webfest is now taking submissions for web series from all over the world.

서울웹페스트 소개 웹시리즈 전문 국제 영화제인 '제1회 서울웹페스트 2018 (SEOUL WEBFEST)'가 오는 8월 16~18일 3일동안 아시아디지털콘텐츠협회 주관으로 대학로에서 개최된다. 행사 장소는 대학로 소극장 여러군데와 야외 이벤트 등 산발적으로 웹시리즈 상영과 세미나, 관객과의 대화 등등 다채로운 행사로 대학로의 문화에 활성화를 더 할 계획이다. 서울웹페스트는 본 행사를 통하여 신선한 웹콘텐츠(웹시리즈/웹드라마)를 연계 사업과 접목시켜 대중들과 더욱 가까이 친밀화하여 웹과 스마트폰의 문화와 생활을 좀 더 직접적으로 체험할수 있는 계기를 만들 계획이다. 30개국에서 출품된 외국과 국내 웹시리즈 70여편의 선정되어 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 예정이다.
